As you have already received 4 cycles of clomiphene, next step in the treatment is iui which will go for 3 months cycle. You have mentioned that tubes are open (probably hsg report). Your laparoscopy was not done, which should have been combined with the hysteroscopy. Amh level can not increase. Those tab are given to build up endometrial lining. We should not take only amh to account for poor ovarian reserve. If your antral follicle count is ok, you can try atleast one cycle with your own egg.

You just undergone hystroscopy n procedure. After 3 month you go fr treatment for infertility. You have not told me abt tubes n ovary. I mean is tubes patent; is ovary normal. Go fr proper infertility treatment.
