for constipation you should be take more fiber foods, plenty of water,you can take diagestive anzymes in form of syrup. i.e. syp. aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. you are not taking medicines for cholesterol it is not good habits. you should be take medicines for it..you can take cap. ecosprin gold 10 hs..for 30 days. to reduced cholesterol and test again after 30 days for find results.

Regarding your question on Thyroid meds, please bear in mind that TSH is NOT a reliable independent indicator of Thyroid "normalcy" and "normal" is not "optimal"
Thyroids have to be managed based on clinical and lab parameters taking into consideration coexisting metabolic and hormonal imbalances.
