for constipation you should be take more fiber foods, plenty of water,you can take diagestive anzymes in form of syrup. i.e. syp. aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. you are not taking medicines for cholesterol it is not good habits. you should be take medicines for it..you can take cap. ecosprin gold 10 hs..for 30 days. to reduced cholesterol and test again after 30 days for find results.
