It often happens that in pcos there is significant weight gain. Do not loose heart, continue with lifestyle modification. Do regular exercise and 30 min of brisk walk.

Hello.
Its advisable that with pcos and thyroid problem you get pregnancy as soon as possible.
Talk to your doctor that you dont want to delay pregnancy, loose weight, do regular exercise, get some basic investigations like blood for tsh, sugar,prl etc done. As per your periods do timed intercourse, you can use normoz and duphaston.
These drugs will be helpful in both pcos as well as in pregnancy.

You can do beta hcg blood test. 1.You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2.Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5.Keep the area dry
