I am having pcos since 3 years, previously I was taking allopathy treatment then I stopped and started taking homeopathy medicine since 4 months. Initially after starting homeopathy first month I got the periods but after that 3 months I didn't get any periods but since 6th november I had spotting for 2-3 days after which the flow got heavy and I had it for 24 days straight and it was not stopping so I consulted a gynaecologist and she prescribed me trapic for 5 days, after 5 days my period stopped but again after 2 days of stopping today early morning I had a little flow why isn't it stopping will it not stop?

Ofcourse it will stop but at times hormones have to be prescribed if bleeding does not stop with simple medicines. Watch for a couple of days and then contact your treating doctor or get in touch with me.

I am on hormonal pill as in a combination pill due to my pcos. However the way I take it is a little bit different than how it should be taken. I have a 10 day gap between starting my next pill pack. I know I am not protected during the time but I always pair condom and pull out. However on october 30, which was on 3rd day of pill I had intercourse with condom but my partner's "unprotected" erect penile head got inside of my vagina for a second. I got my withdrawal bleed on november 18 which was heavy with clots. It lasted 4 days. I took a pregnancy test 24 days after possible risk with prega news and it was negative. After that from november 27 I was admitted to hospital due to dehydration. Is there any way I am pregnant?

If want to reconfirm may do blood test serum hcg-beta.
Pair condom and pull out.- not very succesful method of avoiding pregnancy.

Hlo Dr. I was diagnosed with pcod in nov 2021. I completed diane 35 (5 course). Now, again I got problem in 2023. And again from oct 23 I am taking diane 35. 1 course is completed. And 2 course I started on 18 nov 2023 on 2nd day of period. And today is 8th day of period. I hv spotting. Why it's so? Even I am on pill also.

Some patients can have intermenstrual bleeding while on the pill. Try taking the pill at the same time everyday., should settle down in a couple of days

I am a 34 year old female (unmarried, but sexually active). I am overweight and have been facing hormonal imbalance since about a year. Recently diagnosed with pcos. Doctor has prescribed medicines cream and ovafirm for 25 days, after which I had full heavy flow period for 7 days. From 2nd day of period I am taking elestra 21. But even after heavy flow stopped, light flow and spotting is continuing even till the 16th day. Is this supposed to happen? How long will this bleeding continue? Is the treatment going right?

Along with the treatment you need to reduce your weight to bring symptoms under control. Also get thyroid levels checked and treated accordingly.

it is due to harmonal imbalance (low oestrogen levels). Take tab. M2 tone 2 tabs twice a day after food for 2-3 menstrual cycles continuously.

Dronis 30 is a combined estrogen and progesterone pill which also works as a contraceptive pill. If she has been taking it regularly and on the same time everyday, there are very less or no chances of pregnancy.

My friend took mifepristone 25 mg for fibroid for 15 days (starting from 26th sept )and had intercourse (protected) during it. She had lap myomectomy done later on 20th oct when can she can expect periods and what are risks of pregnancy if she had intercourse while taking mifepristone.

I doubt there is any chance of pregnancy. Though Mifepristone is not a contraceptive, since there has been instrumentation of the uterus it is likely to negate any chance of conception. Even then she can get a usg done after 6 weeks of her last periods. That should effectively clear any doubt.
