Hello Friends,

I am Dt. Neeru Dawra, Dietitian/Nutritionist. Aaj hum baat kenge PCOS ke bare me. Ye bimari females ko hoti hai. Pehle ye 25-30 ki age me hota tha but ab ye choti age me hi hone lag gya hai. Ye patient ko ovary me hota hai. Ovary female ka reproductive system ka main part hota hai. Ye apne andar eggs bnate hain. Periods ke time me ovary apne me se egg ko release krti hai or agar aisa nhi hota hai to periods aane me problem shuru ho jati hai. PCOS woman me egg thik se nhi ban pate hain. Agar bante hain to bahar aane me problem hone lag jati hai. Ovary me cyst banne shuru ho jate hain. Is se hormones imbalance ho jate hain and ye insulin level ko bhi effect krti hai. Iski vjha se hume facial hair growth, acne, infertility ka problm ho jata hai.

Weight gain hota hai and diabetes and cancer hone ke chances badh jate hain. PCOS woman ko apni diet me vegetables, fruits and protein add krna hai. Green vegetables me folic and iron hota hai. Diet me fibre add krna hai. Is se insulin and blood sugar level control me rehta hai. Vitamin-C intake jruri hai. At least 3 litres daily water lena hai apko. Regular exercise krna hai. Refined sugar apko avoid krna hai like maida related products. Smoking, alcohol apko avoid krna hai. Soya and dairy products bhi avoid krna hai.
