If the cyst in liver are v large or there is increase in size of liver, it may lead to indigestion.

Dear lybrate-user, gastric problem can be related to infection, drugs related, food related etc. However in your case it is most probably related to steroid. Steroids are known to cause acidity problems. Use acid suppressant like proton pump inhibitors for few weeks after consulting your doctor. Most likely your symptoms should improve.
