Government institution admission. Mean time wash mouth with salt containing water if no help is available feed him with water contains salt just enough that we take in fresh lime. Give such liquid in litres and if vomiting is induced due to this then also no harm. This is only first aid and not a full treatment. Hospitalisation required.
