Avoid the food you r allergic or sensitive to.
Eat fresh food.
Avoid fermented foods, processed foods.

Better not to answer. It's very dangerous poisoning. And the becomes hell of the survivor. The person should meet a good counselor for the problems if mentally disturbed over any issues. The suicide is traumatic for family members and the person himself.
