Dear lybrate-user,
it may be urticaria.
Urticaria is a common skin rash that results due to several factors, such as stress, consumption of certain foods, certain medications, and various infections. It causes big, red, itchy rashes that affect your skin causing discomforts.

Hello hope you are keeping safe 1) I understand your concern, and from your history it looks like allergic contact dermatitis to the plants / plant weeds you were mowing. 2) you can use
- a mild steroid based lotion like desonide - antihistamine like cetrizine/ atarax for itching - a medicated moisturizer like dermadew / cetaphil
- a medicated non soap cleanser for bath.
If there are open wounds and bruises you may also need a short course of antibiotics.

Hydrocortisone cream.
Ointments like calamine lotion.
Antihistamines.
Cold compresses.
Oatmeal baths.
Talk to your doctor about what's best for your specific rash. For example, corticosteroids are good for poison ivy, oak, and sumac. He can prescribe stronger medicines if needed, too.

Avoid scratching the rash because doing so can make it worse and could lead to infection. Apply an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream to the affected area if the rash is very itchy and causing discomfort. Calamine lotion can also help relieve rashes from chickenpox, poison ivy, or poison oak. Take an oatmeal bath.

Dear lybrate-user, the street food is not good for health. May be you have taken dosa or anything else. The utensils like glasses, plates, spoon etc are not properly washed away, and many times, the food has been eaten by someone else and half has remained in the plate. The dhaba servants add some rice, chapati, and dal in the same plate and give it to the person who has ordered the food. So we should always eat homemade food in order to remain healthy.
