a normal x ray would suffice to know about the condition of lungs.
If you develop breathing difficulty then a ct or mri would be required.
You may take all necessary precautions for covid and keep your hydration and nutrition proper.
Take vitc and zinc tablet and remain stress free.

It will take some time. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
