your situation seems your wife might be suffering from some lung ailment and not getting relieved with steroids. You did not mention any other drugs she is taking and whats the investigations done to her to confirm the disease. Immediately consult a general physician or pulmonologist so that the infection if at all present will not spread too much. Get well soon.

Your symptoms might be due to damage caused to your lungs during that pneumonia. It's called bronchiectasis. U need a evaluation by a chest specialist who can guide you better. Pneumococcal and swine flu vaccines should be given to you. Meet some chest specialist.

It is not clear whether you have been treated fully with antibiotics
You also need to get fully Investigated to rule out TB infection or any other disease
It is unusual for a 28 years old to get pneumonia without an underlying cause
and also for your age and height and gender your weight is very less
Please show a chest specialist and get fully investigated.
