No, this is not pneumonia. It is allergic cough. Take 1 tsf of Yastimadhu churna with honey thrice daily for 8 -10 days and Swasatone Lehya 1 tsf followed by milk twice daily. Khadiradi Vati 1 tab. Can be chewed 3 â 4 times a day to get relief from throat irritation.

The cells you have mentioned are not white blood cells but platelets (as the number you have written is too too high for WBC count). It is common to have fall in platelets during some infections specially after viral ones. But if the course of treatment is good and patient responds the platelets also recover back to normal. Pneumonia takes 1-2 weeks to recover, but at least fever should start responding by now. The reason for fever has to be looked into.

it is necessary to do muscle stretching before & after every sport to prevent injuries as well as to avoid delayed onset muscle soreness leading to muscle tightness & pain. If the pain is only from the muscles, then apply moist heat pack for less than five minutes followed by gentle low back & upper back stretches.
