Asked for female, 30 years old from Trichy

I am 30 years old. Last year ivf treatment done and miscarriage occurred due to triploidy. Now, embryo transfer done on 11.05.2023. Currently I confirmed with pregnancy again. My last periods date is 19-4-2023. I am having are. Progyova, perinatal, gestonegel 8%, duphaston, susten 30 mg, I am getting biweekly injections named susten 200 mg. My first ultrasound was done on 29.05.2023. According to the report the gestational sac is normal in size. Due to previous miscarriage of a tripoidy fetus, my doctor advised me an injection named bharglob 16.5%. What should I do?

8 weeks not advisable by medicine as failure is high and if fails termination will be delayed for 15 days.
In any case you have to meet gynecologist- so meet gynecologist.

Am 30 years female. I have been married for 5 years. In these years I had 2 miscarriages one in 2022 and another in 2023. I have pcod problem and torch test toxoplas igg positive igm negative rubella igg+ igm -,r igg +igm -.amh level 12.1.please help. Thyroid nil. But y doctor again again abortion happened. Prolactin normal. What is the reason doctor. please help. First scan all normal and sac seen. But no fh. I take progesterone injection and tablet both. Aand take ecosprin tablet, but after stopping the medicine bleeding came with in two days doctor said missed abortion. please help.

I am 19 year old female. I had sex and became pregnant. I took abortion pills, mifepristone and misoprostol. I had bleeding, uterine cramps for 8-9 days. After about 1.5 months I had my period. Bleeding was for 2 days only. Usually it is for 5 days. And I have been having occasional lower abdominal pain which lasts for some time and becomes normal on it's own. I had taken abortion pills 4 months ago also. This is the second time. I want to ask you if these cramps are normal? And how long will it last?

I'm facing 2nd trimester miscarriage (1st was pprom17. 5 weeks, 2 and was twins unknown reasons at 20w) 3rd preterm delivery at 28. 1 weeks due to urine infection. That time I had cervical cerclage and taken duvadilan tablet. I'm going to plan pregnancy now, (normal conception) my doc told about heparin injection from conception to delivery can I take duvadilan tablet and heparin injection together? Does I really need heparin injection? What are the indications for taking heparin injection? Is it safe to use daily? Does I need any blood test before starting heparin?

Canât comment on your heparin prescription without seeing proper reports. U can take a call consult if you wish and definitely you can take duvadilon and heparin together but for sure you need to get a circlage done again and good progesterone support in pregnancy with proper rest in pregnancy.

Negative pregnancy test on missing period means no pregnancy.
May confirm with blood test serum hcg-beta.
Otherrwise may meet any doctor for hormonnal treatment.

If one is sure it was 5 months 2 weeks pregnancy (lot of time one is not sure about duration) then pregnancy must have started in first week of december with last period (because all counting is done from last period) around 20 nov (if was having regular cycles of 28-30 days)

1) one can say so early in cycle about pregnancy.
2) possibility- yes.
3) to prevent pregnancy emergency pills are there but effective only if taken within 72 hours of intercourse.
4) if 72 hours have passed- wait, observe period, if missed do pregnancy test and if positive meet gynecologist.
