Triphala eye drops are mainly to soothe the eye.
You have pseudoexfoliation glaucoma and using latanoprost.
It's better that you keep a gap of atleast 20-30 mins between these two drops if there is an overlap because triphala eye drops can reduce the efficiency of latanoprost in reducing your eye pressure.

Wear glasses while traveling, watching tv or using phones, while reading. For some people headache or itching of eyes happens if they don't use glasses. Also to improve your eyesight you can do simple ayurveda procedures at home itself. Use of triphala in a correct way is the best way to get healthy eyes. For more queries you can also take an appointment.
