Hi, the area needs to be examined for proper diagnosis. Avoid applying dettol. Use antiseptic cream like soframycin instead. Repeated pimples/follicle infection on the neck may require long course of antibiotic tablets and specific creams. For now, avoid cutting the hair too close to the skin. Apply soframycin on the pimples for a few days. Use benxop wash to clean it during bath and see a local dermatologist when possible.

Using clindamycin & nicotinic acid for black spots is of no use, these medications are used for treatment & prevention of acne.
Black spots need depigmenting agents. U can stop adapalene & benzyl peroxide gel. Continue clindamycin and nicotinic acid gel to prevent new pimples. Restrict your calorie & diary products intake. Wash your face frequently.

Hi, diprovate plus contains a steroid so stop using this cream. Use kojic cream at night for a month instead. Use regular sunscreen during the day to prevent sun induced pigmentation. Send pictures for proper assessment if needed.
