You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade
gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

Using betnovate cream, that is potent steroid for long periods of time may result in skin damage, such as acne like bumps on skin, irritation, redness on sun exposure etc. You might need treatment according to the extent of skin damage. Its highly recommend that you consult a dermatologist for personalised advice. Do not indulge in home remedies or self medication especially when it concerns the face!

Hi, pimples require proper assessment and treatment with tablets if persistent or severe. Please see your local dermatologist if salicylic acid bodywash is not helping. Try and have salads and fruits in your diet. Avoid butter, cheese, maida items, and sugary drinks (artificial fruit juice/sodas).
