Yes; both hidradenitis suppurativa and pilonidal sinus can be treated completely by graded ksharsutra treatment. Treatment charges and duration with depend on depth direction and branching pattern of sinus tract and extent to which hidradenitis suppurativa has spread. Most likely it is recurrence of pilonidal sinus.
