You need an operation for pilonidal sinus. No medicine can cure it. It’s surgical problem. Bunch of hairs are sitting underneath sinus infected hence persistence discharge. On and off discharge is common.

You can try to remove impacted hairs from that sinus. Acourse of antibiotic and hot sitz bath is helpful. Try to keep the area over your spinal cord hairfree.

Secretion of fluid after 3 months of basckom's flap surgery is not normal. It is an indication of recurrence of Pilonidal Sinus.
