Hello. There is only way to get rid off from pilonidal sinus is surgery.

Yes; both hidradenitis suppurativa and pilonidal sinus can be treated completely by graded ksharsutra treatment. Treatment charges and duration with depend on depth direction and branching pattern of sinus tract and extent to which hidradenitis suppurativa has spread. If pus discharge is not there then there are chances that after some time pus will accumulate and sinus might go deeper and become bigger. So as long as there is no swelling and no pus accumulation; there is no urgency. If swelling appears then you should plan for treatment on urgent basis.
