Waiting and delaying will spread it further so you should go for surgery as soon as possible, but no emergency! There are lots of surgical procedures available for pilonidal sinus Ksharsutra is one of them and after doing and experiencing all types surgeries. I am in favor of Ksharsutra for my patients as it has negligible recurrence and cosmetically better results. Also note Ksharsutra can be successfully used in many other diseases also.

You seem to be bothered with allergic sinusitis. All of the allergies, what is done, is avoid direct contact with the allergen. As a routine we doctors do prescribe antihistamincs and/or steroids in the form of oral, local. And injectable medicines.
Allergy tests are available and after finding the specific antigen, desensitization also can be done. Hope you are helped. Regards.

What is a Sinusitis Surgery?

The traditional sinus surgery involves the removal of the diseased sinus tissue with improvements in the drainage channels by creating a definite pathway so as to drain out the infection from the cavities.

Conventional surgery method used to treat anorectal disorder involves surgery which leads to a lot of post-operative complications. This is where the natural Ayurvedic treatment of Kshar Sutra has an advantage over traditional techniques of surgery. An ayurvedic surgeon addresses anorectal disorders by using the ksharasutra method, a method that does not involve any incisions and consequently, post-surgery complications.
