Secretion of fluid after 3 months of basckom's flap surgery is not normal. It is an indication of recurrence of Pilonidal Sinus. This is common complication after surgery where Pilonidal Sinus does not heals completely and secretion continues. So surgery is not a good choice for Pilonidal Sinus treatment.

Daily cleaning and dressings are generally required with antibiotic cover depending on the wound swab culture. If your test showed bacterial sensitive to oflox and ornidazole it is good medication. However I would insist you show it to a plastic surgeon and get few dressings done which may speed up healing.

Surgery is usually advised but it is not a good choice for treating Pilonidal Sinus. As the chances of recurrence of Pilonidal Sinus after surgery are very high (about 20%).
