Pilonidal SInus can not be cured by just by oral medicines- Homeopathic/ Allopathic or Ayurvedic. It keeps on recurring after some time period. So usually surgery is advised to cure Pilonidal sinus. But surgery is not the right choice for Pilonidal sinus for the reason of recurrence after surgery.

Pilonidal sinus is a small cyst/abscess that occurs in the cleft at the top of buttock. It usually contains hair/dirt/debris. It can cause severe pain and become infected and can ooze pus/blood and emit foul odour. It mostly affects young adult male and people who sit a lot like cab driver.
