Dear lybrate-user, with the piles the first thing you should be careful about is to avoid constipation, straining while defecation, sitting in utkat posture, pomegranate,peas and beans, you should drink plenty of water, eat plenty of green vegetables and salad[ fiber food, do kapalbhatti pranayam daily,
you can take sitz bath and apply oil in anal canal at bed time and after bath.

I think its fissure not piles, anyways do sitz bath bd take plenty of fluids, fruits green salads and some lactulose to avoid constiaption if not feel better then visit a surgeon.
