All these problems can be interrelated to some extent I mean the cause is common that is irregular and inadequate eating habits if you take proper three meals plenty of water and vegetables fruits salad regularly
and you are passing soft stool I hope you will not have any problem.Surgery definitely gives you permanent cure.

Only treatment for this condition is surgical.
Medically all you can do is prevent constipation. For that drink plenty of water, eatr fruits and salads and excercise regularly.
