Pain and bleeding per anal region are few symptoms which have to be clinically examined for diagnosis and Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and Take syp cremaffin two tsp at night and apply lidocaine ointment and if necessary get it operated

Hey! a chronic fissure can lead to skin tag. And also if fissure go untreated it may cause subcutaneous fistula too. And pus discharge in fistula is when it becomes infected.
