Hello yes fissure and piles together is very common. Most of the solitary fissures can be managed at home without any surgery. But it takes about 3 weeks to heal. Avoid red meat, spicy food and alcohol
Take plenty of fluids and fruits
Do sits baths with warm water three times a day.

Mass occurs in cases of hemorrhoids or piles and may produce bleeding also. If there is perianal abscess surgery there high chance of development of fistula later on.
