Is there any alternative cream to panderm which is safe to use and doesn't have side effects, I used to use panderm cream, my skin has become very fair, but I started getting pimples etc so stopped it, now I have recovered back. But I like the way panderm cream used to make my skin look fair and very fresh, is there any alternate cream which gives results as panderm but safe to use and has no or less side effects?

Please don't use panderm on your face. It is a steroid cream which has a lot of side effects and should never be used on face. Consult a dermatologist for proper treatment of pigmentation.

My three year old son, started showing white patches over the face, started from lips then later developed in neck and cheeks from 2022. I'm planning to follow the skincare routine as my family doc suggested: iglow face wash - [specify when you plan to use it] omnifade serum - 8 pm oryza cream - 8 am & 8: 02 pm truderma gel - 8: 02 am & 12 pm additionally, i'm going to take cap doxycycline 100 mg, one capsule after dinner for 14 days, as per your prescription. However, i'd like to be transparent about my existing medication: thyroxine sodium tablets - 25 mg every morning before breakfast. Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets - 500 mg after dinner. Could you please advise if there could be any interactions or side effects by combining these medications with the skincare routine recommended?
