don't worry....your personal hygiene is more important rather than a day hand job....PID occur due to a long time non hygienic condition of living.

1.You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2.Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5.Keep the area dry

What are ur symptoms now. U can not take medicines that were prescribed 2 yrs back. I need details of case. In the meanwhile do this
1. You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene.
