Dear mam, neck node or lump in neck is may be one of the signs of cancer, but there may be other causes aswell especially if it is painful than it is more likely to be inflammatory. You need to see ENT surgeon to evaluate clinically and prescribe antibiotics. If he finds it suspicious then he will advise fnac from the lump to be more sure of the cause.

Dear sir, brain tumour present as mass lesion in the brain and since the brain control the whole body symptoms will depend on area effected. It may be headache, vomiting, neurological deficit, abnormal behaviour, weakness of limbs or a part of body, seizures or fits, difficulty in speaking etc. Blood cancer is tumour of one of the components of blood mostly white blood cells or leukaemia and brain tumour is tumour of brain.

No. As of now there are no definite source found that we can point out to be the cause of tumor. High nuclear radiation or other radiation can induce certain brain tumour.
