The Tumor removed should have been sent to lab for the histopathological report. Only if the histopathology is been reported as malignancy or carcinoma then the confirmation of cancer to be confirmed. If not then there is no malignancy.

better is to get it checked. If this is a real tumor you need to have biopsy of it. This needs to be surgically removed and further treatment given after seeing the histo pathology report.

It may not be tumour and may not be fluctuating also. Looking at the position it could be lymph node. Very common if there is throat, nose or oral cavity infection. Get it checked by ent specialist.

Consult a neurosurgeon who is trained to handle brain tumors. These days multiple treatment options are available for brain tumors but primary treatment still is surgical removal.
