Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Symptoms manifest majorly in the following ways -
a. Lump/ nodule in the breast that gets attached to the skin of the breast over time.
B. Enlarged lymph nodes in the axilla which are palpable.

Madam, you claim to have had a tumor in breast and got it operated, tumor per se is a vague term for a lay person, in medical terms it indicates malignancy unless specified as benign (innocent). It is mandatory on the part of the surgeon to send the excised tumor for a biopsy, if so you should have mentioned the nature of tumor excised.
In view of incomplete information I cannot give you any opinion.

If the postoperative recovery is uneventful and no new or residual neurological problems are there, she can go back to her normal life. Provided she follows the medication advice as given by her surgeon. She does not need to be in bed rest all day.

Fatty liver means fat deposition in liver cells. You should avoid fatty diet and exercise regularly. Tumour risk is at very late stages. Consult gastroenterologist.
