Swelling is in the Testis or close to testis. It will be better if you consult a general surgeon to rule out other swelling in this region like inguinal hernia, hydrocele etc.

If large one then ct scan can detect brain tumour, but small tumours are better seen on MRI. Also the characteristics or the tumour and navigation intraoperative need MRI correlation.
Migraine is a clinical diagnosis and MRI is done to rule out any underlying pathology.

More likely to be lipomas or fibroma if longstanding. Please see a general surgeon or a Surgical oncologist.

Yes, anyone can have brain tumor ranging from early years of age to most elderly. Usual symptoms of brain tumor are headache, vision problems, hearing problems, balance problems, changes in mental ability (for example, concentration, memory, speech, seizures, muscle jerking, change in sense of smell, nausea/vomiting, facial paralysis etc.

Womb tumor can be of different types. Treatment is different for cervical and endometrial tumours. Early stage cervical and most of the endometrial tumours are treated with surgery and adjuvant radiation or chemotherapy depending upon the histopathology report. Advanced stage cervical tumours are usually treated with definitive chemoradiation.
