If they r really fat tumors then there is no need to worry. If its single and large then get it excised frm surgeon.

It depends upon what kind of brain tumor he has, tumour is a abnormal growth in brain and if possible it should be removed. Some tumors will respond to medications and kindly send me further details about his tumour.

Both surgeries MRM or BCS is equal Only difference is that in BCS radiotherapy is always given while in MRM radiotherapy is given in advance cases only.

Depends. What type of tumour it is. For your understanding there are usually two types of tumours. 1) benign or non cancerous
2) malignant or cancerous
The Benign tumour usually don't reoccur if operated appropriately.
But Malignant tumours may come back even after proper treatment.
So better to get periodically evaluated by your doctor.
