Take cap rabemacdsr once daily morning before breakfast empty stomach for 10 days.
Take tab cefolac-- o 200 + tab crocin advance twice daily for 10 days.
Take tab lumerax 80 mg twice daily for 3 days with milk after meals
take syrup ferikind -- m 2 tsf twice daily after meals for 15 days.

My Dad is 80 years old & has previously gone through Prostrate surgery. Since last 2 weeks he is passing blood /blood clots through Urine. Was admitted to hospital and was fine but back home it's recurring. Homeopathic medicines helped for 2 days only. He has constipation problems. Now it's better but continues to pass blood/clots sometimes. Cystoscopy revealed clots on urinary bladder which was cleaned. CT Scan / USG haven't revealed anything. Please suggest something. Could these be symptoms of Bladder cancer?

PAIN AFTER CYSTOSCOPY I had difficulty in passing urine. I was examined by an urologist who did cystoscopy for the stricture of urethra. Before he did that the urine had to be drained through a suprapubic Cather. After the cystoscopy another catheter was planted to see whether the urine flow is satisfactory. After two days of surgery, the supra-pubic one was removed and ten days later, the other catheter was also removed. My problem is that I develop intense cramps pain extending from the base of left testicle to the left side of the groin (thigh). I have another problem which is that I cannot fully control the sphincter muscle of my bladder. The result if that the urine trickles out before I reach the bathroom. enuresis! When I told the doctor about these two problems (pain and bed wetting) he prescribed Darif tablets to be taken twice a day. For bed wetting he suggested an exercise whereby I squeeze and release perineal muscles. My pain continues. This is a cramps kind of pain which becomes intense when I walk for more than ten minutes. Please suggest the remedy for this.

I am 68 years old and was admitted in the hospital for 4 days for urinary track infection, Early Sepsis HTN Post TURP Thrombocytopenia. My platelets came down to 84000. Then by taking Medicines Inj. Geret 1gm once a day for 7 days and good food and rest the platelets improved to 132000. Last month it came down to 112000 and yesterday test shows 840000. What I should take to improve my platelets. I just had a cystoscopy and it seems like I am headed for a TURP. My local urologist seems quite competent but I am wondering if I would do better with a large medical center perhaps equipped with robotic surgery like Da Vinci. Advice will be greatly appreciated.

Turp is commonly done surgery. Any urologist can do it reasonably well. Turp cannot b done robotically. So go ahead with your surgery.

My Age is 24 now, for the first time in 2014 when I was passing urine I felt like urgent to urinate at last blood drops came out of urine and immediately I consulted general physician he gave some medicines and all set. After 6 months I faced blood in urine again and I went to same physician he gave me some medicines and I asked what it could be he said heat. Finally in 2015 again blood came after urinating and this time I went to an urologist he said kidney stones and I asked how are you saying sir? He replied if blood came in urine for aged like 60 it is cancer and for young it is kidney stones and gave me medicines. Finally in 2016 again in January I faced the same problem and this time I thought to end up this and I went to Tulasi multi speciality hospital which is in my insurance network hospital. I said this same he said go with usg scanning there no kidney stones found, and sent me to RGU X ray. And I observed from the last year I don't know whether it was urine or water stool coming out of anus that happened only 10 days last year and this years but water will only one time or two times. I searched in Internet water coming out of anus my search founded fistula and in the same hospital I said about this too he said that must be a watery stool, because if it is happening occasionally and he said you have urethra structure and you have to go to Colonoscopy procedure. If you have doubt go to Gastrology department I went to Gastrology doctor. He put on his glouse and inserted finger and checked but Said no fistula go again for MRI pelvic scan I went to Vijaya diagnostics again no fistula in reports and Gastrology department said the same. Finally urologist said lets us go with cystroscopy. My question is does urethra procedure leads to UTI and then why some times water coming is it due to any pelvic masculine defect? What it might me?

u may b having repeated uti .r u sexually active or diabetic. hematurea can b dt urinary inf. since u already undergone test to rule out other cause of hematurea. my advice is get AFB culture of urine. drink lots of fluid. get ur urine c/s monthly fr at least 6 months

I am 75 years old male. Flow of my urine has reduced and the frequency of urination has increase from once at night to three to four times. I got ultra sound of KUB done. Findings:-Kidneys, Right: 100mm, parenchymal thickness is 13mmand Left kidney: 90mm, parenchyal thickness is 13mm. Both kidneys are normal size. Urinary Bladder: within normal limits, Prevoid-100cc, Postvoid-10cc, Prostrate-18cc Normal in size and echotexture. Uroflowmetry test: Hesitancy--14 Sec, Flow time--43 sec, Void volume-237ml, Time to max flow--21 sec, Max flow-8 ml/sec, Avg Flow 4ml/sec, voiding time 55Sec, Residual urine--0 ml. I have been prescribed Tab SILDOO 8mg once daily after diner. Advised Cystoscopy. What should I DO?

Going by your history and your investigation results, you seem to have lower urinary tract obstruction.
Cystoscopy can pick up the obstruction and the problem can be adressed in the same sitting.
So you can go ahead with the cystoscopy.
