Hello,
Phimosis is a technical term for right foreskin. It occurs mainly due to repeated injury and then improper healing of the foreskin during a masturbation session. Later the improper healing makes the skin hard and thick which causes pain on retraction when the penis is erect.
Fortunately the condition can be cured and phimosis can be recovered within 45 days with the help of ayurvedic treatment.

Hello-
The chances are less but yes one can develop keloid after circumcision. Traditionally medicine offers conservative treatment of phimosis. It is worth noting that in recent years, medicine has made great progress in this field. So, if you looking for a permanent solution for your tight foreskin, yes it is possible with Ayurveda. Surgery (circumcision) can be avoided..

True cases of phimosis cannot be cured through alternative means. You have to go for surgery (circumcision), which is a minor procedure.

Stretching, application of skin thinner ointments are used only in cases where skin can be pulled back to a large extent, but not fully.

Many women find that lubrication makes sex more comfortable or enjoyable because it reduces friction and irritation. However, sometimes women experience vaginal dryness. A lubricant is a liquid or gel that women and their partners can apply during sex to make the vulva, vagina, or anal area wetter.

Not much dear. Problem is this, if you do not retract foreskin and clean, smegma will keep collecting, and it will give you more trouble.
