Hello-
an acute case of phimosis may create problems for the person when he would want to pass urine or to perform sex, as this action may either be restricted or become troublesome. This is when phimosis becomes a medical emergency. It has been linked with an increased risk of infection, loss of sexual stimulation of the penis and even penis cancer.
Traditionally medicine offers conservative treatment of phimosis. It is worth noting that in recent years, medicine has made great progress...more

You have phimosis. If the foreskin is not very tight and can be moved back till middle then it can be treated by guidance and some medicines. If there is unbearable pain in moving back foreskin when penis is erected, then you can go for circumcision. It is a minor operation done under local anesthesia so there is no pain. You can get it done from good government hospital. You have to go to surgery opd in the hospital.

In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement...more
