do’s and don’ts for shoulder pain
do’s do the prescribed exercise regularly to maintain strength, flexibility and range of motion.
Do keep the affected arm supported.
Use an ice pack for pain relief. Apply the ice pack 3-4 times a day for 10 minutes.

Neck pain
cervical spondylosis– chronic condition with radiating pain

Compression of nerve gives tingling sensation in fingers, there will be weakness and pain on the effected side.
