If her spect no is stable she can under go Lasik surgery provided her no is -6 or so.
If her spect no is more then 6 or so she may need phakic len or ICL.
However if she want her spect May be removed safely.

Hello you can use contact lens without fear at this age. You can use computer as much as you wish.
But take following precautions:
1. Use contact lens for 8 hours daily
2. Keep contact lenses in proper solution
3. Do not sleep while wearing contact lens
if you are asking for implantable contact lens (phakic lens) then I think you r not good candidate for that as after few years you will develop cataract and for that these lens will need to explant.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses.
Get your vision tested and wear glasses.
If not interested in glasses then you can try
a. Contact lens
as your age is now 17 years so your number will increase little now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs.
Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.
