No it's not milk is High resource of calcium but as vitamin D is not present in milk absorption of calcium may not happen so one must include sunlight with any source of calcium.

But if you drink more water it dilutes the acid inside the stomach and the saliva so as to affect the digestion power of these two. Drink one or two gulps of water if required.
