It can be because of infection.
1.Maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2.Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5.Keep the area dry

No need for anti rabies injection it can spread by saliva since your friend is in good health even after 5-6 months of dog bite hence no need to worry

the treatment given looks adequate. Further, get your sugar checked as it can be a cause of folliculitis. Also wearing cotton under wear is preferred. If the itching is too severe you can increase the levocetrizine dosage to twice daily and increase the atarax application to 3 to 4 times daily.

If re-exposed, persons who have previously received full pre-exposure or post-exposure
treatment (either by IM or ID route) vaccine should be given for only two booster doses,
intramuscularly/intradermally (0.1 ml at two sites) on days 0 and 3, but no rabies

Hi.....it might be due to infection and avoid frequent touching of that part..........use gentle or herbal vaginal wash for cleaning and apply Pentaphyte P-5 cream or Femiplex gel. Proper hygiene should be maintained. Change undergarments at night and use cotton clothes .

Hi, aziderm can give slight tingling initially when applied. Apply a moisturizer prior. Use very little amount of aziderm. Use sunscreen during the day. Stop aziderm if tingling or burning continues for more time or gets unbearable.
