For getting proper fitness in right way,u need to do exercises regularly.....either sports/Walking/jogging/Yoga/Gym...whichever ur interested.But need yo fo regularly&to follow strict Diet restrictions like avoiding fat/oil/junk/spicy/fast food.& to take sprouts,millets,dal,pulkaas,Fruits,egg whites,meat(not oily..fried),fish also in same way.
Take more water...minimum 4 litres/day.

It should only be considered if you have a permanent hair loss.
