Yes, it is possible to have a deficit in Vitamin D3 but have the right level of calcium. Vitamin D3 is not the only precursor to calcium, as calcium is obtained from other sources like milk, fish, egg yolks etc. Hence it doesn't necessarily have a huge effect on calcium levels.If you found my answer helpful, please leave a Positive feedback as it helps me with my Practice. Yes that can occur sometimes. Simultaneous presence of multiple Personality disorders (PDs) is a valid diagnosis, as per International Classification of Diseases and DSM manuals of psychiatric disorders registry. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important.
Eat meals at frequent intervals.
Eat a mid meal between each main meal.
Avoid junk foods.
Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Focus on healthy foods to gain weight. Eat foods that are loaded with vitamins, minerals, nutrients and calories. You can enrich foods with real nut butters, whole fat milk, avocado, whole wheat bread, vegetable oils, nuts, potatoes, eat more often. Increasing the amount of calories you eat each day will help to gain weight. Focus on eating each meal containing a protein then do regular exercise for fitness.
