Under nutrition, an emaciated face and losing weight, are factors which make one look older than the chronological age. Dryness makes skin lose elasticity and look wrinkled, adding years to one's age. ... Early wrinkles or sagging skin can also be due to exposure to hot water.

Yes, you can use dermaroller to remove large hole on my face to fill it. There is no way to permanently change your pore size. But while you can't shrink large pores, you can make them appear smaller. Despite all of their claims and wonderful promises, toners, cleansers, or other skin care products can't close your pores. Your skin will feel softer too.

Take 1 mm one if you want to use. But it will not help you permanently. It will give temporary solution only. Better take homoeopathic treatment. For hair growth you should take homoeopathic treatment without side effects. You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment and further guidance. Till then use arnica hair oil and shampoo.

There is no cure for morphea. Current treatment is aimed at controlling symptoms until the morphea goes away on its own, typically within five years. For more limited morphea, treatment is considered optional and may include: phototherapy (light therapy using artificial ultraviolet light)
