Did she receive chemotherapy for colon cancer? Peripheral neuropathy can be common in patients who have received chemo. Also Kindly check her vitamin B 12 and blood glucose levels. Vitamin B 12 deficiency, diabetes etc can also lead to burning sensation. Depending on the cause treatment can be suggested.

as you said TCC already applied and got relived. That was the first step of medical Mgt of Charcot foot. As its a complex phenomenon and is due to underlying neuropathy as well as osteoarhropathy. One should be careful while treating it. Please do have your Xray followed by MRI. Management is based on medical as well as surgical one. But again you need to be evaluated at the center for clinical examination. Feel free to call me. Regards.
