If you feel burning in foot while walking, you should rule out Atherosclerosis in peripheral arteries and get Arterial doppler flow study of lower limbs.

Hi doc! My mother who is diabetic has tingling pains in her foot from last two months and last week doctor gave NERVIJEN P capsules and told to eat once a day. Can be due to Vitamin Deficiency of due to peripheral neuropathy or due to mortons Neuroma. He should be given multivitamin along with pregablin on trial basis for at least 2 weeks. If won't get improved then go for neuro opinion.
