Hi lybrate-user, don't worry it can be cure easily, if the condition is acute and yours slr test is poitive you can do extention types of exercises only, in chronic case with slr test negative you can switch in to flexion based exercises. nestle resource diabetic for any neuropathic pain.
Also do weekly lemongrass + lemon + honey in warm water. Practice diaphragmatic breathing for 15 minutes daily
avoid nuts, seeds, dry fruits, soya, peanut butter etc as it contain phytic acid which is antinutrients in nature, which deplete our calcium reserves thereby causing weakness and pain....more
