It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also muscle cramp.

These are common symptoms after lscs, gall bladder surgery, yet you r feeding in lap, lie down n ley baby in side is a bit comfortable way.
Tab ultracet two times a day after food for five days. Pan d one in empty stomach.
Rest.

You may use home remedies like applying ointments ; oils etc and applying dry heat / steam heat in affected areas and rub the area // further sleep in good posture // take common analgesics --in home ---if no relief --kindly have check up by local doctor.
