It is normal to have some nasal closure for first few weeks after the surgery. Your nasal passage and breathing should return to normal 2-3 weeks after surgery. It's best you do a pregnancy test to rule out any doubts on pregnancy, as the implantation bleeding is not necessary to happen in all cases.

You can do yoga to relieve stress. Clenching is damaging not only teeth but also TMJ (jaw joint) in long term. You can divert it by slow down it by always having something in your mouth like sugar free chewing gums. Whenever you clench try to chew on so that clenching urge can be diverted. Drink plenty of water to relax your body and mind. If this is not helping there are other things you can do at home. You can consult me personally if needed.

If the stiches are still on and did not got removed. There might be possiblity of just skin streching. While keeping sutures. It might get corrected after suture removal. But if they are already removed before. It will remain same. It can be corrected by some plastic surgery.
