gabapin can be taken upto a lot more dose than you're taking.
Please increase the dose if needed. If you feel any dizziness thats when you stop increasing the dose. Every body tolerates it differently
I usually start with 100 mg once and raise it to 450 mg thrice as and how the patient tolerates
baclofen or liofen can also be increased (added with daily stretching exercises) to decrease stiffness

may I ask you that you have high lipid? Do you have any blood report of heart enzyme? Is there a any vertigo? Is that your first time “?

No, its not because of masturbation. Its a myth. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

Rest after exercising. Take days off or work different muscle groups on different days.
Strengthen your deltoid muscles so they can handle more strenuous exercise. You should also strengthen your core so that it can help support your shoulders while you exercise.
