Ovulation day is roughly 14 days before your next period is due. E. G. If your next period date is 19th then you will ovulate in 5th. So intercourse 3-4 days prior till ovulation day— are most fertile days.

U have not mentioned the name of test, so can not give you advice.
When you know your average menstrual cycle length, you can work out when you ovulate. Ovulation happens about 14 days before your period starts. If your average menstrual cycle is 28 days, you ovulate around day 14, and your most fertile days are days 12, 13 and 14.

If your menstrual cycle is exactly 28 days, then day 14 will most likely be the day you are ovulating. If you have a 25 day cycle, you will mostly likely ovulate on day 11, whereas if you have a 35 day cycle, ovulation most likely occurs on day 21.
